We specialize in both residential and commercial appraisals in the Cook, Will, DuPage, Kankakee, Kane, Kendall, Lake, Boone, Grundy, DeKalb, Winnebago and McHenry counties. We are also FHA certified.

In this increasingly competitive era, we continue to refine our capabilities and remain on the cutting edge of real estate appraisal services. Reports are usually submitted in electronic format with hard copies available upon request. We have a 2 to 3 business-day turnaround, after inspection, on residential appraisals. Commercial appraisals are usually completed within 7 to 10 business days after the inspection. Discounts are available for clients that give us bulk orders. At Appraisals By Mona, we aim to please!
